TQ Embedded TQMa93xxLA

Ideal for Smart City and IoT Applications: Powerful, Rugged and Efficient

 

The TQMa93xxLA is based on the NXP i.MX 93 which includes a strong but efficient trio of processors built in. The Arm® Cortex® A55 (single or dual core), the Cortex® M33 for real-time crunching, and NXP’s Ethos NPU (Neural net Processor Unit) to enhance machine learning and vision analysis and processing.  Additionally, NXP’s Edgelock® security complex of dedicated hardware brings new levels of security to bear. With a GPU, a rich set of communications, peripherals, and ADCs, the module runs a mere 2 watts with a footprint of about half a credit card.

Industrial strength baseboards are available, a starter kit and an eval kit (see ordering info).

Starterkit STKa93xxLA set

The core of the STKa9xxLA set is the TQMa93xxLA module with a Dual Cortex®-A55 CPU. The components contained in the starter kit constitute a modular system enabling you to develop your own product ideas. Development of graphic interfaces can be started immediately using the prepared combination of closed display unit and starter kit that are matched to each other. To develop your own hardware you can use the certified and qualified circuit components of the starter kit in your own designs.
