Custom & MOTS

60% of REFLEX CES activity is the development of full turnkey designs, or custom solutions, based on clients' specific requirements. They have the technical capabilities to address complete systems as well as offering partial design services such as hardware, firmware, software, mechanical, CAD P&R, PCB stacking definition, signal integrity with Hyperlynx simulations, certifications, and more. 

They are developing many projects with the latest technologies allowing quicker, safer, more cost-effective access to our customers in order to implement their projects and catch the product cycle and deployment on the market. 

They also have developed expertise working with ruggedized and rack-mounted systems. REFLEX CES has the capability to develop customized systems to achieve precise customer requirements such as specific form factor, ruggedized level, or environmental qualification (thermal, vibration, shock, MTBF, and more). 

REFLEX CES also propose Modified-COTS, or MOTS, which is a modification made to a standard REFLEX CES COTS board, adapted to meet customers’ specific requirements. Some MOTS can be created with a cost reduction objective.
