Sony IMX178LQJ-C
Sony IMX178LQJ is a color CMOS image sensor with a diagonal 8.92mm (type 1/1.8) and 6.44M effective pixels.
This sensor uses the STARVIS technology. It realizes high picture quality in the visible-light and near infrared light regions and high sensitivity.
The IMX178 is also equipped with Sony's Exmor R technology, which enhances imaging characteristics performances, such as high sensitivity and low noise.
