SONY IMX249
Sony IMX249 is a Sony CMOS image sensor (global shutter type). Its resolution is 2.35M effective pixels with a diagonal 13.4mm (1/1.2 inch).
Available in monochrome (IMX249LLJ) and in color (IMX249LQJ), the sensor is capable to ensure a high-speed capture of a moving subject exact shape thanks to a new analog memory pixel. The global shutter type allows to integrate all pixel signals at once and then removes the focal plane distortion.
