Lantronix Network Interface Cards

Lantronix network adapters allow you to seamlessly integrate a new device into your data network with impeccable connectivity for standard desktop PCs, laptops, and tablets. With Lantronix, you can extend your building's fiber backbone right to the desktop, unlocking the advantages of Fiber-to-the-Desk (FTTD) applications. Enjoy higher bandwidth transmission over longer distances with enhanced security, surpassing copper or wireless transmission.

Lantronix's PCIe-embedded NICs adhere to the highest network interface card (NIC) standards. Additionally, Lantronix offers innovative USB-to-fiber Ethernet adapters, enabling an optical interface for portable devices like laptops and tablets. For smaller devices such as micros, minis, and thin clients, the M.2 fiber Ethernet adapters provide reliable fiber connectivity.

Lantronix PCIe solutions are based on point-to-point topology, delivering full-duplex communication between devices without being constrained by the slowest peripheral on the bus, unlike traditional PCI. The flexibility of Lantronix PCIe links allows for the usage of 1 to 32 lanes, with automatic negotiation during device initialization to use the highest mutually supported lane count. Moreover, a single lane (x1) PCIe Card can be used in multi-lane slots (x4, x8, x12, x16, and x32).

Lantronix PCIe NICs support a range of networks, including Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, and 10 Gigabit Ethernet. Our Power-over-Ethernet PCIe NIC takes it a step further by efficiently delivering power and data to connected devices, such as VoIP phones, streamlining your setup for greater convenience.
