Driven by Intel's Performance-Hybrid-Technology, it combines Performance-Cores and Efficient-Cores, delivering impressive multi-threaded performance. The U15 Ultra-Low-Power Series, with a TDP range of 12/15/28 W, offers FPGA engineers access to up to 10 CPU Cores (2P+8E) and a powerful GPU equipped with 96 Execution Units. This configuration strikes a balance between performance and power efficiency.
Memory configuration flexibility is crucial for FPGA engineers, and the TQMx130UC supports DDR5-5200 SO-DIMM memory configurations of up to 64 GB, catering to the demands of data-intensive FPGA applications.
