SONY IMX252LQR-C CMOS Sensor Chip

Sony IMX252 is a diagonal 8.9mm (type 1/1.8) CMOS global shutter image sensor with 3.19M effective pixels. It is available in monochrome (IMX252LLR) and in color (IMX252LQR). To ensure a high-speed capture of a moving subject exact shape, Sony has developed the IMX252 with a global shutter function and a 3.45µm pixel, which is the smallest class in the industry. This small-sized 3.45µm pixel realizes higher sensitivity and lower noise than the existing 5.86µm pixel products. This CMOS sensor chip achieves high picture quality, high resolution and high-speed imaging without focal plane distortion.
