Evaluation kit based on TQMa64xxL
The evaluation kit STKa64xxL based on the embedded module TQMa64xxL offers the new processors of the AM64xx (Dual Cortex A53 / Quad Cortex R5F) family from Texas Instruments. The LGA (Land Grid Array) module is designed to use the pin-compatible processors on a module design, which can be assembled on the STKa64XxL. This starter kit is ideally suited for headless applications with extended real-time requirements. The CPUs offer with their integrated PRU (Programmable Realtime Unit) up to 4x Gigabit Ethernet interfaces with TSN support for the realization of realtime applications. Furthermore they provide various interfaces like USB2.0, CAN-FD, UART and so on.
