Sony IMX327LQR/LQR1
The IMX327LQR/LQR1 is a 2.13-megapixel, square-pixel CMOS image sensor optimized for surveillance and industrial video applications. At a diagonal size of 6.46 mm, it delivers full-HD capture at up to 60 fps and features both HDR (multiple-exposure and digital-overlap) and window-cropping read-out modes. Designed for low power consumption, it uses a triple-rail supply and incorporates Sony’s high-sensitivity pixel architecture with low dark current and smear. The sensor supports variable-speed electronic shutter, 10- or 12-bit A/D conversion, and serial output via LVDS or CSI-2 (2- or 4-lane) interfaces.
