Sony IMX811-AAMR
The Sony IMX811-AAMR is a Type 4.1 rolling shutter CMOS image sensor with a square pixel array designed for monochrome FA cameras. It features a back-illuminated structure, on-chip PGA up to +24 dB, and selectable 12-/14-/16-bit ADC. In all-pixel readout, it delivers the full ~247.04 MP effective resolution at up to 12.4 fps at 12-bit output, or 5.3 fps at 16-bit output, with a high-speed SLVS-EC interface.
