Embedded Cortex®-A53 / R5F module based on TI AM64xx for headless Applications with Real-time demand

The embedded module TQMa64xxL, is based on the processor family AM64xx (up to Dual Cortex A53 / up to Quad Cortex R5F) from Texas Instruments. This LGA (Land Grid Array) module is designed to use the pin compatible processors on one module design. This module is ideally suited for headless applications with extended real-time requirements. The CPU offers with their integrated PRU (Programmable Realtime Unit) up to 4x Gigabit Ethernet interfaces with TSN support for the realization of real-time applications. In addition, they have various interfaces such as USB2.0, CAN-FD, UART, SerDes, etc.
