Lattice MachXO4 FPGAs - Low Power Control & Interface Solutions
The Lattice MachXO4™ family extends the proven MachXO line with higher performance, lower power consumption, and increased integration. Built on a 65 nm non-volatile low-power process, MachXO4™ is offered in three functionally and pin-compatible variants: ZC (ultra-low power), HC (high performance at 2.5/3.3 V), and HE (high performance at 1.2 V). The family supports scalable control, connectivity, and interface designs with reduced board complexity and fast initialization.
