SONY IMX294 is a diagonal 21.63mm (type 4/3) CMOS image sensor with 10.71M effective pixel. It is only available in color. It is the first in-house image sensor for security cameras to adopt the type 4/3 format, and realizes the output of the pixels number needed for 4K at 120 frames/s (in ADC 10-bit output mode).
