SONY IMX174 is a CMOS global shutter sensor available in monochrome (IMX174LLJ) and in color (IMX174LQJ). To ensure a high-speed capture of a moving subject exact shape, the IMX174 is fitted with a new analog memory pixel. It enables to scan all pixel signals at once and eliminates the generation of the focal plane distortion. The IMX174 adopted the LVDS 8ch output and achieves high-speed imaging with a maximum 164.5 frame/s using 10-bit ADC, and with a maximum 128.2 frame/s using 12-bit ADC.

Sony IMX249 is a Sony CMOS image sensor (global shutter type). Its resolution is 2.35M effective pixels with a diagonal 13.4mm (1/1.2 inch). Available in monochrome (IMX249LLJ) and in color (IMX249LQJ), the sensor is capable to ensure a high-speed capture of a moving subject exact shape thanks to a new analog memory pixel. The global shutter type allows to integrate all pixel signals at once and then removes the focal plane distortion.
