SONY IMX277CQT-C

SONY IMX277 is a diagonal 7.81mm (type 1/2.3) CMOS image sensor with a square pixel array and 12.35M effective pixels. It is only available in color. It is possible to output the signals of 12.35M effective pixels with high definition for shooting still picture thanks to the 12-bit digital output. It realizes 12-bit digital output for shoting high-speed and high-definition moving pictures by horizontal and vertical addition and subsampling. It operates with 3 power supply: analog 2.8V, digital 1.2V and interface 1.8V. It has low power consumption. This product is designed for consumer uses: digital still camera and camcorder.
