ATD Electronique becomes Macnica ATD Europe
Name change effective of 1st October 2020
Image distribution operations continue with utilization of synergy effects
Chatou/France, 23th September 2020. Following the logic integration step into its parent company Macnica Inc., ATD Electronique as of 1st October 2020 will operate under the new name Macnica ATD Europe. All well-known and established ATD imaging distribution services in Europe will continue under the new name and successively be supplemented by synergetic Macnica brands and services.

As such, an era ends in the year of the 30th anniversary of the company; but not without giving way to a new and bright future under the flags of our Japanese parental company Macnica” said Antoine Hide, CEO and co-founder of ATD Electronique and added: “As founder and entrepreneur, the future of this company means a lot to me and I am pleased that ATD has found an owner in Macnica who shares the values and business philosophy on which I have built the company. In fact, the entire ATD team at the headquarters in France and the subsidiary in Regensburg/Germany are thrilled to now operate under the new name Macnica ATD Europe”.
