SONY IMX676-AAMR1

SONY IMX226 is a diagonal 9.33mm (type 1/1.7) CMOS image sensor with 12.4M effective pixels. It is available in monochrome (IMX226CLJ) and in color (IMX226CQJ). This sensor uses the STARVIS technology. In addition to the basic angle of view, the drive mode can be changed to HD, 5M and 4K according to the imaging subject. IT can also support functions which enable imaging in accordance with the surrounding environement, such as the global reset function and multiple exposure function.

Sony IMX676-AACR1 is a diagonal 10.04 mm (type 1/1.6) CMOS active pixel type solid-state image sensor with a square pixel array and 12.61M effective pixels. This chip operates with analog 3.3V, digital 1.1V, and interface 1.8V triple power supply. It has low power consumption. High sensitivity, low dark current and no smear are achieved through the adoption of R, G and B primary color mosaic filters. This chip features and electronic shutter with variable charge-integration time.
