SupremeRAID™ is a software-defined solution that operates on GPUs, delivering the full potential of SSD performance without consuming CPU cycles. Unlike traditional RAID architectures—which often become performance bottlenecks and reduce the ROI of enterprise NVMe SSD investments—SupremeRAID™ utilizes a patented virtual (Out-of-Path) RAID technology. This allows data to be transferred directly from the application to the storage device, maximizing SSD throughput while offering comprehensive data protection and deployment flexibility across desktops and cloud environments.
As the world’s only GPU-accelerated RAID solution purpose-built for NVMe and NVMe-oF architectures, SupremeRAID™ eliminates reliance on CPUs or PCIe RAID adapters found in legacy designs. By harnessing the GPU’s massive parallel processing capabilities, it dramatically enhances storage efficiency—achieving up to 260 GB/s throughput and 28 million IOPS per card. In terms of data protection, SupremeRAID™ supports full RAID levels (0/1/5/6/10) and features patented technologies, including a distributed journaling mechanism for RAID failure recovery (Write Hole protection) and Proactive Bad Block Recovery to ensure uninterrupted read operations.
