In accordance with the annual plan, one employee trip and one Employee Day event were organized. Additional activities included self-defense classes, a Healthy Walking Challenge, DIY workshops, a Family Fun Day, a Volleyball Family Day, blood donation drives, new employee welcome events, Zumba classes, stretching and yoga sessions, various club activities, and more than 10 employee welfare-related announcements. • An outsourced employee health examination was conducted annually, along with three health management seminars and more than 10 health-related updates, supplemented by nurse consultations and health assessments. The Company also regularly conducted training on workplace safety, human rights, integrity management, personal data protection, business ethics, internal information handling, fire safety drills, and AEO to strengthen corporate governance and internal controls. • Attracting top talent and creating a competitive workplace are among the Company’s key operational objectives. |
