In our most exciting announcement yet, we’ve teamed up with Softron Media Services to deliver a ground-breaking demonstration: Apple ProRes compressed video over ST 2110-22, powered by the 100 Gbps MEP100 SmartNIC and running natively on macOS Sequoia (15+). This marks the first-ever delivery of Apple ProRes over ST 2110-22 via IP networks, enabling real-time ingest and playback workflows using compressed video: a major leap forward for media production and broadcast professionals.
