SONY IMX835-AQJ1

SONY IMX342 is a diagonal 27.9mm (APS-C) CMOS active pixel type solid-state image sensor with a square pixel array and 31.49M effective pixels. It is available in monochrome (IMX342LLA) and in color (IMX342LQA). This chip features a global shutter with variable charge-integration time. It operates with analog 3.3V, digital 1.2V and interface 1.8V triple power supply. It has low power consumption. High sensitivity, low dark current and low PLS characteristics are achieved.

SONY IMX255 is a diagonal 16.1mm (type 1) CMOS global shutter image sensor with 8.95M effective pixels. It is available in monochrome (IMX255LLR) and in color (IMX255LQR). It features a 3.45µm pixel, which is the smallest class in the industry; and achieves high picture quality, high resolution and high-speed imaging without distortion. In addition, the IMX255 can cover 4K pixels, making it suitable for industrial applications, traffic surveillance and other specialized uses.

SONY IMX183 is a diagonal 15.86mm (type 1/2.3) CMOS image sensor with a square pixel array and 20.48M effective pixels. It is available in monochrome (IMX183CLK) and in color (IMX183CQK). It is possible to output the signals of 20.48M effective pixels with high definition for shooting still picture because of the 12-bit digital output. It realizes 12-bit digital output for shoting high-speed and high-definition moving pictures by horizontal and vertical addition and subsampling. It achieves high sensitivity and low dark current. It has an electronic shutter function with variable storage time.
